Today, we’re proud to share our latest grantee partner slate—an inspiring mix of new collaborators and continuing partners who are proving that a just, solar-powered future is possible, and already underway.
Federal funding cuts are impacting communities at home and around the world. And, while some funders are pulling back instead of stepping up to fill the gaps, we’re doing what we can, where we can, to bolster our Partners and fund new projects where they’re needed most. Our work at the Honnold Foundation may offset only a fraction of those resources-- but we remain committed to ensuring that, through funding, capacity building, and close collaboration, our Partners are ready to scale and expand their projects.
Our Partners work at the intersection of energy access, climate resilience, and community self-determination. Today, we’re sharing the first 15 of 31 new Partnerships. By the end of the year, we’ll have committed more than $3 million in funding to support community-led resilience around the world.
