We're seeking a part time Events & Outreach Coordinator available to start immediately.

The Events & Outreach Coordinator will be the face of the Honnold Foundation at festivals, events, and movie screenings, and will be responsible for all planning and coordination leading up to events. In close collaboration with the Executive Director, the Coordinator will develop marketing materials, design outreach campaigns, and generate social media content. The Coordinator will also assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and management. This position is location-independent, and the Coordinator will work remotely.

We encourage the Coordinator to identify other areas of the organization where they think they could be helpful. This position is flexible according to the Coordinator's interests and experience, and has significant opportunities for growth.

This is an excellent position for someone who's eager to join a young organization. The Coordinator will form an integral part of a small, impact-oriented team.

We’d prefer someone who is based in the Western United States, and who is able to travel to represent the Foundation.

The Honnold Foundation is committed to building a leadership team that reflects the communities we serve. Women, people of color, LGBTQ people, and members of indigenous communities are encouraged to apply for this position.

  • You perform well under pressure, and have experience problem-solving in fast paced scenarios.

  • You have graphic design experience— Adobe Creative Suite experts are encouraged to apply!

  • You’re ready to join a growing organization where things change quickly and turnaround times can be lightning fast.
